I watched it three times in a row. Give the man a Webby!
I've tried every trick in the book to make the video less lossy. I shot it using the same 640x480 30fps AVI settings on my little cannon elph as I used for all my other quickie movies, but it still looks like crap after youtube's compression. Can't figure it out. I presumed it had to do with the fact that I didn't use a tripod, but even the Pizza Teen slate at the end is pixelated.
